Consulting Point were approached by one of our fastest growing clients, who have an acute industry focus within Financial Services. Our client was looking for a specialist Business Transformation and Change Management consultant to bolster there existing Financial Services offerings in Banking and Wealth & Asset Management.
Due to our extensive network in consulting, particularly within the Financial Services industry, Consulting Point was able to identify and qualify an excellent individual from Accenture with a functional background that aligned very well to our clients offering. Given our clients excellent reputation regarding culture and employee wellbeing, it was also important that the candidate embodied our clients’ values and was able to come in and add value to the already impressive culture.
