Consulting Point was tasked with finding an exceptional SAP Director for a leading global consultancy’s new Centre of Excellence, which focuses on Advisory rather than traditional Consulting. Following a successful placement of the VP for their Swiss Practice, Consulting Point was asked by the client's European HR team to use their deep knowledge of SAP and their connections across Europe to find suitable candidates.
Solution:
The selected candidate was already working for a leading competitor and was not interested in a simple job change. He was looking for a role that offered more than just a typical consulting position, aiming for a strategic role that matched his career goals. After a series of interviews, including a final presentation to the client’s Board Panel, the client made an attractive offer that went beyond their usual budget limits to secure a highly skilled SAP professional.

The search concluded with the client adding a skilled SAP professional to their team and the candidate securing a role aligned with his career aspirations.
