A vastly growing U.S. Advisory firm organisation aggressively growing their Middle East presence was looking to attract an exceptional individual with a background in Corporate Finance with a particular expertise across Restructuring. Through Consulting Point’s network in the region, we highlighted a Senior Manager from a Big4 firm who had great depth in the local market. Over the course of 4 weeks, this individual met with the client's leadership and was presented with a very attractive offer.
The candidate took a break to consider, whilst their current employer counter-offered generously, this individual declined and is excited to join this growing firm.
