.Based in Edinburgh (will be required to travel to London - approx 1.5 days per week)
Start date asap - contract for 3 months
Experience must haves:

experience
Investment Banking experience
Risk experience

Requirements
To create a risk data control framework which will sit within the Commercial Banking Division of the client
Overall project is already underway and led by an internal manager in within risk change services
Role will be to work closely with this manager to develop, with all the work stream leaders the data control framework
Very much a conceptual piece of work and not a tick the box type of assignment
Good lateral thinking skills required, good communication skills - both written and verbal would be required
Interaction with Senior Management required
End result would be a concise document/presentation which summarising all of the departments work, together with a legacy document (much larger and most likely multiple documents)
Candidate will start by agreeing and defining objectives
Reviewing existing work and identifying any gaps
If identified (client fairly confident there will be gaps) then there is a need to close these gaps - this may lead to new work but no guarantee
Establish some form of prioritisation system for the various work streams within risk change services.
