.IT Transformation & Change Management Professional with BIG 5 background and excellent experience within the Utilities sector is now urgently required!!! One of the world’s leading Energy Companies is now seeking experienced IT transformation/change management professionals (from Consultant Level up to Senior Manager Level) with proven project management experience and BIG 5 background and excellent experience within the Utilities sector to join their award winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a multibillion pound IT program. This role offers a fantastic base salary ranging from £40,000 up to £95,000 (depending on experience), car allowance, 10% bonus and a final pension scheme (up to 25%) To be successful in this role you will need: - • Proven consultancy experience gained via a big 5 (will consider candidates from industry once they have worked for a major player in the energy arena) • Excellent experience within the utilities or Nuclear sector • Exceptional IT Transformation experience • Ability to manage projects end to end, as well as project budgets • Ability to manage teams (ranging from 4 – 20 depending on experience) • Skilled in any of the following areas:- Change Management, SAP, SharePoint, Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis Please note there is a degree of flexibility in the above skills and experience, depending on the level of the application. As an IT professional you will work within our clients IT Projects and Transformation division, you will be part of a team in the enviable position of delivering a large IT investment program. Within this program you will help deliver a number of projects across the UK. Our client is looking for people to not only deliver these projects, but as importantly help transform this particular division into a premier in-house project delivery organisation.
