As a successful recruitment consultant joining this dynamic team, you will be responsible for maintaining trusting relationships with existing clients as well as driving new business, to create strong and lasting relationships with potential clients. Alongside this, you may be required to assist in sourcing, scheduling and nurturing of candidates throughout their interview process. We also allow working from home and have a flexi time system where you can start work from 8am to 9.30am and finish at 5pm to 6.30pm. We are currently hiring exceptional candidates for our London and Leicester offices in the UK and have vacancies in our US office in Miami which opened in September 2010. Furthermore, we are also keen to hear from experienced recruiters who are looking to expand our business in the UK and across the globe. We also have another business proposition which revolves around share ownership. This scheme is great for people who are big billers and thinking about setting up recruitment on their own but do not want the headache of back office and also building up a client and candidate database. It also means that you can make significantly more income than where you are now and actually own you own company.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of one year’s recruitment experience and ideally with either a Management Consulting, Technology, Oil & Gas or Financial Services recruitment background. The ideal candidate will possess a degree of a 2.1 classification or above along with strong inter-personal and communication skills. The successful candidate must be driven, friendly, determined, hard working and have a passion to be heavily involved in the expansion of the company. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own team. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody potentially from a larger recruitment company who is looking for the opportunity to have more responsibility and play a more important role within a smaller, successful and fast growing team. We will also be open to applications from people direct from Industry with a Management Consulting, Banking or Sales/Business Development background looking for a career change.
